Order Status and Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming shipment with your tracking number.

This depends on your location as well as the shipping service selected. Please check your purchase receipt in your email as it will contain the average shipping duration for the shipping service that you have selected. Arrival time for standard shipping options is an estimate and unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed.

The shipment confirmation email that you have received from Emprada will contain a tracking number as well as the shipping courier used. Once you have your tracking number, you may track your order here.

We ship worldwide. If for any reason your country isn't listed in the shipping countries, please send us an email at support@emprada.com and we will have your country added to your account.

We accept PayPal, American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.

Overnight, Priority, and Express orders placed before 2 PM EST will be shipped on the same day unless placed on a weekend or holiday. Please see shipping information.

Emprada has several distribution warehouses throughout Canada and the United States.

Arrival time for standard shipping options is an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. Due to possible credit card verification, your order may be subject to a delayed shipping date. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located in the email. Priority, Express, and Overnight shipping services are guaranteed, and you will receive your order within the timeframe you selected.

To ensure you receive your items as soon as possible, we start processing your order immediately. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it.

All of our international orders are shipped via Express shipping within 1-4 business days, depending on your location. Please contact our customer support team if your country is not listed in the shipping drop-down menu at checkout.

Click on "Create an account" in the top right-hand corner to fill out a new account creation form.

Please log in to your account. Once logged in, you will be able to modify your account information by clicking on "My Account" at the top right-hand corner. You can then modify all your information by clicking the edit button.

Click on "Forgot your password?" on the login screen to reset your password.

Pricing and Billing

Please contact us with any questions, and a Customer Care representative will be happy to assist you.

A copy of the receipt is sent automatically to your email on file. You will also receive a paper copy in your package. Additionally, you can log in to "My Account" at the top right-hand corner of our site to print your own copy.

Credits are usually applied within 10 business days from the day we receive your returned item(s).

Your credit card will be charged as soon as you submit your order payment.

All items are priced and charged in US dollars at checkout. The exact exchange rate is determined by your credit card issuer and reflects the daily exchange rate. For real-time foreign exchange rates, visit this page.

Customer's Guide

To purchase a gift card, please visit our gift cards page. To redeem a gift card, enter the code under "Add gift card or discount code" on the right-hand side of the checkout page.

After adding items to your cart, click "Check out." In the discount box, enter the code and click "Apply." Only one coupon code can be used per order.

We take pride in the quality of our products, which are made from the finest materials and fabrics in the US.

Please check the Size Chart and Model information included on every product detail page.

Only our Emprada Label clothing items are made in the USA, except for bandage dresses. Non-clothing items and other brands may not be made in the US, depending on the brand.
