If for any reason you're not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned in its original condition within 7 days of its delivery date for a store credit only, not including shipping and handling charges. Credit will be applied to an E-Gift Card once the item has been received and approved by our Returns Department.

  • Sale Items, bodysuits and Swim wear are final sale. 
  • Gowns/Maxi dresses can be only exchanged for another size for details please see terms and conditions below. 
  • Customers are responsible for shipping fees to send the return back to Emprada and for re-shipping for exchanges. 

In order for your credit to be processed promptly, please follow the Return and Exchanges instructions below. Please do not send your return back to the original address that is on the shipping label that you have received as this is not our returns department address and we are not responsible for any packages that are shipped to that address.

Return and Exchange Instructions

Please email us the order number, items you wish to return/exchange and the reason for your return/exchange at returns@emprada.com or through our contact page.

Once your return request is approved, our returns department will email you our Return Shipping Instructions that you will need to follow in order to have the item returned back to us. You will have to ship the return back to us within 7 days from receiving your order. 

Return Terms and Conditions 

  • Please do not send your return back to the original address that is on the shipping label that you have received as this is not our returns department address and we are not responsible for any packages that are lost due to being shipped to that address.
  • All original garment tags must still be intact and attached to returned items. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use (deodorant stains, perfume scents, etc). Please note that all items are checked under a UV Forensic lighting source for body fluids and cosmetic stains. Returns that are show ANY type of signs of wear, damage, or wash will NOT be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense. 
  • Product colors may vary slightly when seen on a device due to photography lighting conditions and the customer's screen color calibration. It is the customers responsibility to contact us for questions regarding additional item details. 
  • All returns must be packaged in the original box/wrapping. Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order. Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
  • Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate exchanges because we can't ensure the style/size that you may wish to exchange for is available by the time we receive the returned items back to the distribution center. We will issue you a store credit via a Gift Card once we've received your return. That way, you may use the Gift Card towards the correct item/size either for the same item if available or for another item.
  • For hygienic reasons, Bodysuits, undergarments (lingerie, underwear and brassieres), Swimwear (bikini bottoms, swim trunks, briefs, cover ups), Toiletries, and Earrings are all FINAL SALE.
  • Gowns & Maxi Dresses can only be exchanged for a different size.
  • For lost items, a replacement will be shipped out if the item is confirmed lost by the shipping courier 
  • All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. If any of the items you receive happen to be faulty or missing from your order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service. Emprada reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return. If it is proven that the item was shipped defective a replacement will be shipped to the customer if it is available in stock if not a store credit will be issued. The returned defective item will have to be shipped back to us within 24 hours of receiving our authorization return email. 
  • Emprada reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return terms and conditions. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order at the customer's expense.
  • All sale/clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
