If for any reason you're not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned in its original condition within 7 days of its delivery date for a store credit, not including shipping and handling charges as we do not offer refunds. Credit will be applied to the Emprada account once the item has been received and approved by our Returns Department. Sale Items, bodysuits and Swim wear are final sale. Gowns cannot be returned for a store credit but can only be exchanged for another size, please ensure to send a return request within 24 hours of receiving your Gown for the return to be accepted as you will be asked to ship the Gown back the next day. Customers are responsible for shipping fees to send the return back to Emprada and for re-shipping for exchanges. In order for your credit to be processed promptly, please follow the Return and Exchanges instructions below.


Return and Exchange Instructions

Please email us the order number, items you wish to return/exchange and the reason for your return/exchange at returns@emprada.com or through our contact page.

Once your return/exchange is approved, our returns department will email you our Return Shipping Instructions that you will need to follow in order to have the item returned back to us. You will have to ship the return back to us within 7 days from receiving your order. 

Your items must be shipped using USPS. Please indicate that this is a RETURN on the detailed description of the shipment on the customs slip, Example: "Return to seller, Wrong size/color purchased" when shipping the item back. Failure to comply with our shipping instructions can result in customer paying for any extra duties or customs charges incurred and that will be deducted from the return.   

Please ensure to declare the value of the shipment correctly on the customs declaration slip. Any mistakes on the declaration might result extra duties or customs charges incurred that will be deducted from the return. 


Return Terms and Conditions

  • The Emprada and/or designer garment tags must still be intact and attached to returned items. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use (deodorant stains, perfume scents, etc). Please note that all items are checked under a UV Forensic lighting source for body fluids and cosmetic stains. Returns that are show ANY type of signs of wear, damage, or wash will NOT be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.  

  • Product color and quality as seen on a monitor may vary slightly compared to actual items due to photography lighting conditions and individual screen color calibration. It is the customers responsibility to contact us for questions regarding additional item details. 
  • All returns must be packaged in the original box/wrapping. Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order. Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.

  • Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.

  • For hygienic reasons, Bodysuits, undergarments (lingerie, underwear and brassieres), Swimwear (bikini bottoms, swim trunks, briefs, cover ups), Toiletries, and Earrings are all FINAL SALE.
  • Gowns/Maxi Dresses can only be exchanged for a different size and need to be shipped back to us within 24 hours of receiving your order for it to be accepted. 
  • All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. If any of the items you receive happen to be faulty or missing from your order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service. Emprada reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return. If it is proven that the item was shipped defective a replacement will be shipped to the customer if it is available in stock if not a store credit will be issued. The returned defective item will have to be shipped back to us within 24 hours of receiving our authorization return email.
  • Emprada Inc. reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return terms and conditions. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order at the customer's expense.
