If for any reason you're not satisfied with an order, eligible item(s) can be returned in its original condition within 30 days of its delivery date for store credit, not including shipping charges. Credit will be applied to an E-Gift Card once the item has been received and approved by our Returns Department. Please allow up to 5-10 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. Due to COVID-19 restrictions and for the health and safety of our employees, we are following strict guidelines. We will do our best to process your return as quickly as we can however, you may experience delays in receiving your store credit.
Please use the return tool below to start your return process, please ensure to use the same email address that you have provided when you placed the order. Your order number can be found on the order confirmation email that you have received when you placed the order.
Emprada reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return terms and conditions. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order at the customer's expense.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. If any of the items you receive happen to be faulty or missing from your order, it must be reported within 24 hours.
Emprada reserves the right to request photographic evidence regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return. If it is proven that the item was shipped defective or incorrect, a replacement will be shipped to the customer if it is available in stock if not a store credit will be issued after receiving the incorrect item back.
- All original garment packaging, tags and security ribbons must still be intact and attached to returned items. Garment Tags must not be damaged, torn, bent or have any sweat/makeup or any form of discoloration.
- Shoes must be unworn and in the same condition they were received. ALL packaging (shoe inserts, tissue paper, plastic bags) and shoe bag must be included or an additional 15% repackaging fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility and we recommend shipping the return using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the goods until we receive them. Please ensure your name and address information or order number is included in order for us to properly process your return.
- Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use (deodorant stains, perfume scents, etc). Please note that all items are checked under a UV Forensic lighting source for body fluids and cosmetic stains. Returns that show ANY type of signs of wear, damage, perfume scents or wash will NOT be accepted and will be sent back at the customer's expense.
- Product colors may vary slightly when seen on a device due to photography lighting conditions and the customer's screen color calibration. It is the customers responsibility to contact us for questions regarding additional item details.
- For hygienic reasons, masks, bodysuits or any item that includes a bodysuit, undergarments, swimwear (bikini bottoms, swim trunks, briefs, cover ups, intimates, body shapers, panties and Toiletries are all FINAL SALE.
- All accessories including belts, jewelry and hats are final sale items.

- To make sure you receive your items ASAP, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it or process a refund.
