If for any reason you're not satisfied with an order, eligible item(s) can be returned in its original condition within 30 days of the order date for store credit, not including shipping charges. Credit will be applied to an Emprada E-Gift Card once the item has been received and approved by our Returns Department. Please allow up to 14 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
Emprada reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return terms and conditions. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order at the customer's expense. Shipping and handling are nonrefundable. A $9.99 return shipping fee will be charged for the purchase and use of our label.
Please use the return tool below to start your return process, please ensure to use the same email address that you have provided when you placed the order. Your order number can be found on the order confirmation email that you have received when you placed the order.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. If any of the items you receive happen to be faulty or missing from your order, it must be reported within 24 hours. Emprada reserves the right to request photographic evidence regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return. If it is proven that the item was shipped defective or incorrect, or if the package was lost, only a replacement will be shipped to the customer if it is available in stock, if not, a store credit will be issued after receiving the incorrect or faulty item back.
By placing your order with Emprada, you have agreed to our return policy, terms and conditions. If a package is rejected at the time of delivery, a store credit will be provided minus shipping fees.
