Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday (Priority, Express & overnight only). For guaranteed arrival times, please purchase one of the upgraded shipping options such as the Express or Priority. Standard shipping times cannot be fully guaranteed. Please keep in mind that delays may rarely occur for reasons such as holidays, credit card verifications, etc.

Overnight, Priority and Express shipping methods are not available for U.S. Territories and certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii and will take longer to arrive.

Overnight orders must be placed before 3:30 PM PST in order for them to be shipped on time. The Overnight shipping service is a next business day service which means if the order is placed on a weekday it will be delivered the next day if its not a holiday. And if placed on a Friday it will be delivered on Monday. And if placed on the weekend it will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. 

Express Shipping:

Express shipping requires a signature upon delivery and if no one is available at your delivery location, they will leave a note indicating that you have missed the delivery and when to expect the next delivery.  We do not have control on the time that the courier attempts delivery. The customer is responsible to contact the courier once they have missed the first attempt ensuring that they are available for the next delivery attempt based on what works best for them. The tracking also indicates where the item is located and the day it will be delivered as well as how the customer could make arrangements with the courier and could give approval to leave the package at the door.
