Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are experiencing delays in shipping due to additional precautions being taken in our warehouses. Your orders will be shipped out within the timeframe of the shipping option have selected.

  • Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address, as this cannot be changed after your order has shipped. Emprada will¬†not be responsible for lost shipments due incorrect address provided.¬†
  • Please note that an order cannot be cancelled or modified once it has been placed.
  • Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday (Priority, Express & Overnight only). For guaranteed arrival times, please purchase one of the upgraded shipping options such as the Express or Priority. Standard shipping times cannot be fully guaranteed. Please keep in mind that delays may rarely occur for reasons such as holidays, credit card verifications, etc.
  • Overnight, Priority and Express shipping methods are not available for certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii and may take longer to arrive.
  • Overnight, Express and priority orders must be placed before 3:00 PM PST in order for them to be shipped on time. The Overnight shipping service is a next business day service which means if the order is placed on a weekday it will be delivered the next day if its not a holiday or a weekend. And if placed on a Friday it will be delivered on Monday. And if placed on the weekend it will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. For international orders the cut off for overnight shipments is 1pm PST.

Express Shipping:

Express shipping requires a signature upon delivery and if no one is available at your delivery location, they will leave a note indicating that you have missed the delivery and when to expect the next delivery.  We do not have control on the time that the courier attempts delivery. The customer is responsible to contact the courier once they have missed the first attempt ensuring that they are available for the next delivery attempt based on what works best for them. The tracking also indicates where the item is located and the day it will be delivered as well as how the customer could make arrangements with the courier and could give approval to leave the package at the door.
