Shipping Policy
- Please note that it can take some time before your shipping tracking information is updated.
- Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address, as this cannot be changed after your order has shipped. Emprada will not be responsible for lost shipments due incorrect address provided.
- Please note that an order cannot be cancelled or modified once it has been placed.
- Express, Priority and Overnight orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out the next business day which will be Monday if it’s not a holiday.
- For guaranteed arrival times, please purchase one of the upgraded shipping options such as the Express, Priority or Overnight.
- Standard shipping times cannot be fully guaranteed. Please keep in mind that delays may occur with the standard shipping option.
- Overnight, Priority and Express shipping methods are not available for certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii and may take longer to arrive.
- Overnight, Express and priority orders must be placed before 3:00 PM PST in order for them to be shipped on time.
- The Overnight shipping service is a next business day service which means if the order is placed on a weekday it will be delivered the next day if its not a holiday or a weekend. And if placed on a Friday it will be delivered on Monday. And if placed on the weekend it will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. For international orders the cut off for overnight shipments is 1pm PST.
- If a customer fails to accept delivery or pick up a product, Emprada will consider the property abandoned and has the right to sell, dispose of, or use any such products in any way it chooses.
- If the tracking confirms delivery but you haven’t received your package, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to open a case and please send us an email with your order number and name. If the shipping carrier confirms that the package is lost we will only send a replacement. A refund will not be provided for lost shipments.
Express Shipping:
Express shipping requires a signature upon delivery and if no one is available at your delivery location, they will leave a note indicating that you have missed the delivery and when to expect the next delivery. We do not have control on the time that the courier attempts delivery. The customer is responsible to contact the courier once they have missed the first attempt ensuring that they are available for the next delivery attempt based on what works best for them. The tracking also indicates where the item is located and the day it will be delivered as well as how the customer could make arrangements with the courier and could give approval to leave the package at the door.
