Has my order shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming shipment with your tracking number. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping service selected. Please check your order confirmation email for the estimated delivery window. Standard shipping arrival times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150.
How do I track my order?
Your shipment confirmation email will contain a tracking number and the shipping carrier used. You can track your order here.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. If your country isn't listed in the shipping options at checkout, please contact us and we'll get it added for you.
When will my order ship?
Overnight, Priority, and Express orders placed before 2 PM EST will ship the same day, unless placed on a weekend or holiday. Standard orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please see our shipping information page for full details.
When can I expect to receive my order?

When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Due to credit card verification, some orders may experience a slight delay before shipping.
Do you ship Express internationally?
Yes. All international orders are shipped via Express shipping, typically arriving within 1-4 business days depending on your location. If you can't find your country in the shipping dropdown at checkout, please contact our team.
Can I cancel my order?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders as soon as they are placed. Once submitted, orders cannot be cancelled. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately and we'll do our best to help.

Emprada is based in Los Angeles, California. We ship all orders from our facilities in the United States.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Afterpay, and Klarna. All transactions are processed securely.
When will my credit card be charged?

What currency will I be charged in?
All items are priced in US dollars (USD). If you are ordering from outside the US, your bank will convert the charge to your local currency at their daily exchange rate.

How do your sizes run?

Gift Cards & Coupons
How do I buy or redeem a gift card?
You can purchase a gift card on our gift cards page. To redeem a gift card, enter the code in the "Discount code" field at checkout.
How do I use a coupon code?
Add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your coupon code in the discount field and click apply. Only one coupon code can be used per order.
