We ship worldwide. All international orders are shipped via Express shipping, typically arriving within 1-4 business days depending on your location. The cutoff for international overnight shipments is 1:00 PM PST.
If your country isn't listed in the shipping dropdown at checkout, please contact us and we'll get it added for you.
Some orders will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available, the carrier will leave a notice with details about the next delivery attempt. Please contact the carrier directly if you miss a delivery to arrange a time that works for you. Tracking information will show the item's location and expected delivery date.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. The address cannot be changed after the order has shipped, and Emprada is not responsible for lost shipments due to an incorrect address.
- Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. Express, Priority, and Overnight orders are processed immediately to ensure on-time delivery.
- It may take some time for your tracking information to update after your order ships.
- All shipping times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur with all shipping options.
- Overnight, Express, and Priority shipping may not be available or may take longer for certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii.
- Emprada is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions or other unforeseen events. Once an order has shipped, weather-related delays are beyond our control, and shipping fees cannot be reimbursed in these cases. We recommend checking with the carrier for real-time delivery updates.
- If tracking confirms delivery but you haven't received your package, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to open a case, and contact us with your order number. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement. Refunds are not provided for lost shipments.
- If a customer fails to accept delivery or pick up a product, Emprada reserves the right to consider the property abandoned and may sell, dispose of, or use such products at its discretion.
